First, in speaking to leadership and other team members, we want to underscore that we do not support discrimination or bias. Career progression is based on past performance and aptitude and assessed annually by management.
As an agency, we work in response to customer demand. In your case, it looks like that may have had the effect of changing directions, even after receiving training. While we try to avoid these situations, sometimes the nature of the business requires that we have to change course. Also, the technology we select is defined by the customers’ needs and our ability to deliver exceptional service.
As a consideration, we give our employees the option to chose between getting terminated or resign to protect their future. We never force anyone to resign. However, we will let our management team know to ensure there is clarity in such discussions.
We are taking steps to install more kitchen amenities for employees and increase the frequency of office care to increase office cleanliness. We have checked and verified that there have been no salary payment delays.
We are sorry that you felt so frustrated with your experience. It is our commitment to create a culture of best-in-class individuals and service.
In order to ensure overall health and happiness, we use a tool called OfficeVibe. This allows all employees to anonymously give feedback to management. What we see is that overall, staff is happy, feels challenged and supported by management.
