      Salary and compensation is not as per market range. Lack of digital systems in place to organize business critical data. Lack of systematic organizational culture and systems.

      The benefits package is a great deal for the size of the company. They’re more than willing to train you on new operations and machines. Annual raises and bonuses.

      The starting pay is not the greatest but will change based on your performance and attendance.
