      Staff discount and uniform allowance. Other sales advisors were friendly.

      Cons

      Management at Trafford store are awful. Expect you to work at least 20-30 minutes extra each shift with no extra pay or gratitude. This brings your salary to below minimum wage. Managers are rude, cliquey and bully staff
