-Extremely disorganized!!! I cannot stress this enough! Nobody knows what they're doing, and every single person is expected to do the job of 2-3 people, even if they don't have any experience or knowledge of it.
-Tasks are assigned quickly, frequently, with little to no direction, and results are expected immediately. Most employees are frequently confused as to what is needed from them, and how to complete their tasks properly.
-Upper management expects all employees' lives to be about work and must be available to work 80 hours a week whenever they snap their fingers. Don't accept a position here unless you have the availability and willingness to work that much. You won't be informed of this until after you start.
