Pros

Loved the culture, the products. I really believe in their tech and it's easy to get excited with the things you have to sale.

Cons

They started to get pushy with sales and that's a no go for me. Their old culture was more about how to showcase what we have to offer and sales come along when you are happy at what you are doing, but when you start doing what any retail shop do, meaning push sales and put products in the people's faces then it's gets annoying for us employees and that translates into our customers.

Pros

Amazing team and great employee discount. This is a brand with an amazing history and a coolness factor. There is a great collaborative culture and you do learn valuable sales techniques which you can carry on to any other job.

Cons

Extremely poor hourly rate. 13-18 per hour, with no commissions, and there is a big preference for hiring external management rather than promoting sales people. When business is slow, you are asked to leave early, severely impacting your livelihood. I would only recommend this if you are desperate for a job, and will take anything.
