Have a great 3 months experience with ORSC

Small org so it’s easy to get things down and Oakland Roots cares about the community

Their platform is community but they don't apply any of the same logic to their employees. In season you work 50+ hours without any time back. It has always been a scrappy environment but there used to be comradery. In the last 2 years the culture has tanked. They have striped away benefits to bare bones. People are in positions they shouldn’t be and accountability for higher ups is out the door.
