People here are really helpful and nice as when I have some problems with my work, they are very willing to answer my questions and help me. The company is well organized and each team or department has clear aims. I enjoy the work that I'm doing and the process of solving problems.
Cons
For new starters, you may need to ask more work to do cause you may feel bored when you have done all your work.
