It’s nice to work at, the managers are nice and professional!

Not really any cons that I can think of

My team was nice to work with. The physical store was beautiful designed. If you were willing to give up any work life balance, you could move up quickly.

Upper management was hard to get a hold of. The product kept declining in quality while the price point went up. One time the gm of the US called to ask why are sales were so slow that day... we were dealing with a snow storm that closed every school in our area. We were one of the only opened businesses on the block. She knew this prior to calling. Oh and it was when they were launching their spring collection? Made zero sense.
