Horrible - Anonymous employee Oak River Property Management Employee Review

Good benefits and hours. Great management staff. Loved the business model. Enjoyed working there.

Nothing bad. Liked working for them generally.

Unfortunately I can not give any Pros to working for this company.

I worked for this company for 3 months. They never provided training I was told that their way of training is you sit down at a desk and learn yourself. Of course hands on is a great way of training however the appropriate materials should be provided in order to do your job. My leasing numbers were not up to standard and they did not coach me how to me improve or make it better. Instead I was written up and not provided any goals or a timeline to make it better. All management are like best friends hanging out after work hours very unprofessional and unorganized company I do not recommend this company to anyone. I was personally told that management does not care about customer service all they care about is numbers and nothing more.
