Pros
Some of the best coworkers, great learning environment, good teamwork. Not being from a computer programming background, this has been a very good learning experience where I have learned everything from how to setup network communication equipment to ordering inventory supplies available.
Cons
It is only part time and has been a temporary job for three years now (it was orignally a three week job). As a part time temporary employee, I have no benefits or paid days off.
