No pros to share for this company with the audience. I personally have had only negative experience with them and lots of problems.
Cons
Low morals, low salary, unfair treatment at work and no promotion opportunities. If you think to learn something new and get more experience, forget about it! They hide all information from workers and will never let you work independently. Beware when you sign a contract with them as they never keep their promises. You cannot trust their word, this is for sure! They cheat on young workers from paying their salary a few days later to forgetting to pay your insurance. The worker's turnover is also high. Probably for taxation and insuring reasons. New workers are treated badly, and coffee making was also part of the job, even though it was not mentioned in my contract. In the end, they will let you know how pathetic your skills are because you 'can't scan and make lots of mistakes at work', which is of course part of the plan to kick you out of work to get someone else and never pay your pension, as it's more economical for the company's business! Great way to work indeed!
