      Great office with some leeway to do things throughout the day. Pretty good group of people

      Cons

      Upper management went into a power struggle once the CEO passed away in a plane accident. People trying to turn the company in their direction and the atmosphere has changed.

      - income potential - the people here and culture - beers and white claws on deck - commission structure is competitive

      Cons

      - job can be stressful at times but if you’re someone who can manage stress, it gets easier as you go - working one holiday per year but that’s industry standard

      Pros

      Took a chance on this job and bet on myself - it was the best decision I ever made. The team is amazing and does everything to help you succeed. I made more money as a recent college grad than I dreamed possible.

      Cons

      The job is not easy and it is not for people without a strong work ethic. If you are not money motivated, this is not the job for you.
