Pros
Otis Russia is a very fast growing company. It transforms from the "soviet" one to the western-oriented. Good management (expatriots) have will to do it. It's interesting to participate in such process and implement your ideas into life. Because of period of growth and high turnover there are good chances to grow up.
Cons
Rather low salaries in comparence with other big companys on Russian labour market. Being a daughter of Amaerican Otis, Otis Russia's budgets are cut by the WHQ strongly. This lead to high turnover of staff.
