Professional organization. Pioneer in the industry that invests in the future. They also are committed to growing their own and building leaders.
Cons
Reps are penalized financially for cancellations of accounts, even if the cancellation was not caused by their negligence. Otis falls into the trap that most elevators do by lowering maintenance hours to continue to try and get high margins for their service. Ultimately the customer suffers from this.
