      You can get a job here even if you have no work experience and want to understand the industry as a fresher.

      Cons

      My manager wasn't a nice person. He monitored every move I made and made me feel really uncomfortable. I expected better, and all this monitoring stressed me out. Avoid!

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
