      Pros

      The salary and benefits are competitive enough. The work culture is also friendly due to many supportive co-workers.

      Cons

      I have no issues with my co-workers. All the problems I faced and observed are because of the management. The managers lie to the employees all the time that it's already normalized in the workplace. Some of them are also manipulative towards the employees. Most of them are incompetent and inexperienced, and they don't deserve to be in their positions.

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
