      Company has been around for 19 years, and continues to grow and evolve its capabilities. The culture is based on high performance and camaraderie and a deep care for colleagues and customers. Management is accessible.

      The work is rewarding and demanding, but there are some people that are in a different phase of their career, and they may not fit here.

      Pros

      Starting with the staff, very professional, friendly, helpful, informative and I keep going on and on. I worked with OST for approximately 3 1/2 years with no worries. Great place to work.

      Cons

      When my contract ended there were no other positions that I could have been placed in, this is because OST is a great place to work. turnover is very low.
