Great company. If you do your job and take the job seriously and professionally you'll do well. The company is growing and there's more structure now.
Cons
None. The negative people that work here are either getting fired or quitting. They knew what they signed up for so for they to complain about it later it's ridiculous. They either got fired from their last airline job or quit too.
