      Pros

      Friendly colleagues, but due to the atmosphere many will throw you under the bus, ignore any help you've given them & backstab you for their own advancement. This is encouraged by management

      Cons

      Everything is bad here. Management is incompetent, they keep hiring expensive managers & then fire them. The products are not fully functional. Everyone is out for themselves. The private equity firm that bought the company has no idea how to run it. ORBCOMM is circling the drain.

      Pros

      The work environment is exceptional, the training and onboarding program is top-notch, and the camaraderie creates a pleasant work environment. I am truly very happy with my decision to join ORBCOMM.

      Cons

      The insurance benefits are confusing and not very attractive, apart from that, they offer other benefits such as a cellphone, internet, a GYM, etc.
