      Sehr gutes Betriebsklima und gute Bezahlung.Führungskräfte auch sehr umgänglich und Freundlich. Gute Gemeinschaft.Sehr hochwertige Produkte und modernster Technischer Stand.

      Cons

      Schichtarbeit die leider unumgänglich ist wenn man an 365 Tagen Produziert.Aber man gewöhnt sich daran und weiß ja vorher auf was man sich einlässt.

      Food party/picnic once a quarter

      Cons

      No overtime, no room for advancement, astronomically poor annual pay raises, spineless management. Would rather keep a known violent, hostile employee “with experience” rather than good hard working employee(s).
