      Pros

      Management outside C-suite is generally stellar. No ego trips, respect boundaries, flexible, make real effort to do the smart thing instead of best guess. Planning is effective and there are no huge surprises workload-wise. Co is expanding impressively. Not a whimsical startup, the products work and make a real difference. You will make friends here and you will feel awesome about the work you accomplish

      Cons

      Micromanagement. CEO can be arbitrary, abrasive, hypercontrolling. High turnover, especially in sales/marketing/leadership mostly due to this aspect. Bit of a boys' club, although that may be changing

      Pros

      In my 8 months of interning at OPSWAT, the work culture stood out like no other. From the first day I was greeted and welcomed by several people around the office. I always looked forward to team/office lunches and playing ping pong with my peers. I was also able to take on important projects and regularly meet with customers and prospects. Lastly, everyone wants you to succeed, and as an intern everyone is willing to help you grow. I have learned so much throughout my two sessions as a Product Manager Intern. I would recommend this position and OPSWAT to anyone as it is a great place to work.
