      Ok salaries on IT side, lots of good perks (lunch/sports/culture vouchers, good employee healthcare, car leasing options etc), flat hierarchy.

      Cons

      Organization is a bit chaotic and lacks solid leadership on higher level. Every team is pulling in their own direction, lacking coordination of cooperation. This is especially noticeable in large, group wide projects.
