      Plenty of great people on the team to work with and they have a generally open mind set to all people's opinions. The company hosts a few events each year to involve family and friends.

      Cons

      Not everyone follows what should be standard work process so it can get confusing to follow.

      Pros

      The best part of working for Onsite Woodwork is the time I wasn't there and at home with my family. My coworkers from the drafting department, listing and purchasing were great, I hope they find better soon.

      Cons

      Constant over time, no concern for personal life, no raises, stressful environment, outdated software, no individuality.
