Leadership by example, the leadership team isn't only approachable, they are onsite alongside the consulting teams. Issue escalation is open and straightforward. Benefits package is really good, health, dental etc. Company really works in alignment with its core values, not just verbiage in social media and the employee handbook like other consultancies. Training, growth, and development is available, and encouraged.

Onis isn't a huge player in some new markets such as St. Louis, New York, and North Carolina, eventually they will overcome this obstacle.
