big company in Austria with very active works council, good salary compared to other companies in the area, lots of possibilities to work in Expat positions, good career development; cheap lunch, lunch prices in the canteen vary between ~€1.30 and ~€2.50 for employees; they usually don't kick out employees - if you do an ok job you can stay there until pension
Cons
every 2-3 years reorganization, positions and duties change, in some positions extreme workload; maximum 8 Home Office days per month, has to be approved by superior; open plan office, some workplaces are shared
