They care about their employees and support them, provide optimal working conditions and tools, both offices and technology are state of the art, they are open, transparent and interested in making a difference in the world. They want everyone to have fun and allow very large degrees of freedom - no micromanagement! Best place I have worked in - a little like working for Google, just for the electrical energy business...
Cons
You have to be able to direct and motivate yourself in the right direction - people and your coach will help you whenever you need, but you are working to the beat of your own drum in most situations. If you are looking to climb the corporate ladder and become a boss, this is not the company for you as the hierarchy is very flat (not everyone likes that) . This company is about collaboration and coaching...
