Good company to work - Operations Manager OMG Labs Employee Review

The CEO has an interesting history of building startups. Very creative, amazing boss and genius material but not great at hiring. The rest of team needed work as they were not in the same wavelength. If the CEO was not emotional about his other useless staff then this would be a billion dollar company. It was frustrating to get things done after a while. Stayed for 2 years just for the energy, drive and intelligence of CEO.

- There was a lot of learning opportunities. - New Office in the centre of town. - CEO was very mindful of employee issues and was always ready to help financially and emotionally. A proper open-door policy. - Salary is credited every month exactly on the 5th.

- The CEO was a little hands off compared to other companies. - More training modules required before work commencement.
