Promotions & Feedback tend to be perception-led. There are no metrics involved in such decisions and there are no conversations about career growth in general. Decision-making is top-down, and growth depends on biasness rather than ownership or outcomes. Management style is also not nice. Even the recruiters/HR are biased. The recruiters were very unprofessional while hiring and negotiating.
