Pros
When I started over 2 years ago I had to chase down to get any information about start dates,and training. There is no real training.
Cons
The staff in the preschool are always on cell phones. The younger people there are flirting with the fathers of the children. People like the last principal worked there even though they got arrested for DWIs. It is the fact that they don't give any training for behaviors but have behavior rooms is concerning, when they are asked for a behavior plan you get nothing, they aren't trained in disabilities so the teachers aren't providing the best service .The teacher in my room was more concerned with her heroine addicted baby daddy than the kids.
