Like any medium-sized business, OIT can sometimes be slower to adopt employee suggested changes than we'd prefer. - Process and SOP's are adhered to. Sometimes to the point of frustration. This is both good and aggravating. - Midle Management team is relatively young on management journey. Sometimes you need to manage up a little (great people though) - CEO has HIGH expectations. If you're mouthy like me, you'll be given the chance to speak up, but you better be ready to play ball. - Not Enough Tacos (you'll have to ask in your interview)

Communication is vital here and anything unprofessional or not fully thought out will not work here. - Leadership is still learning navigate the company to stay inline with the vision and/or direction of the future of growth so everyone involved understands the goal.
