The pay and benefits were good, and the employees not in management work very hard.
Cons
Management is a mean girls club and collude to hand out jobs to their inner circle. Your interview means absolutely nothing. They will interview you in front of a panel of 4 or 5 people to make everyone believe that it's a legit process. In the end, management will overrule the panel and hire their friends instead of the better candidates.
