-Trusted to run own area of firm, no micro-managing -Flexible WFH -Do things differently, having worked at other recruitment firms they always view things in the long term and care about people/relationships over short term -Approachable and kind management team -Supportive culture that encourages everyone to be an individual -Generous to employees with trips abroad and domestically, above and beyond what other firms would do
