Pros
Met a few great co workers and hated to leave them.
Cons
Not even sure where to start. One of the top Best days of my life was leaving Ochin. I can finally breathe. I’m still amazed that this company can run their internal operations that way they do and thinks it’s good business. I guess the truth is they don’t care. And by “they” , I mean the executive leadership team. Either they are 1000% incompetent or truly don’t care. They keep taking on new business, but do not add staff to the teams that are being effected. There is no way our analysts could handle what was put on us. The CEO actually says- just make it work. Our team has heard it directly too many times. I couldn’t waste one more day of my life there. The amount of stress it brought to me was unhealthy. I feel bad for the people I left behind. But they are talented and I know they’ll find a job soon too. Stay away from the CXO. She is a horrid person. I don’t think I’ve met one person in the entire organization that has a single nice thing to say about her. She is so fake and two faced. Now add power to that person and yup, watch out. She doesn’t like you unless you kiss her rear end. I feel sorry for anyone who has to work for or near her. But she’s second in command so that should tell you how things are. She’s a bully with power and stands at the right hand of the CEO. The worst part of it all is that the company could actually be good. But that is not possible without a complete turnover over in the key leadership positions. And I wasn’t about to wait around and hope. 3 years was enough and that was too much. When the VP of Human Resources quits after a few months, you know this place has serious issues and you better get out soon too.
