Cons

Im blessed to be an optimist, to be able to see a positive side to everything. - Technology is outdated, but that also means tremendous potential for you to suggest, implement and integrate new systems - Some work processes are still manual; a chance for the tech savvy to reinvigorate workflows by streamlining processes and implement automation. Reducing errors while creating work efficiencies. - Limited product offering; mainly due to outdated system with limited support. Current overhaul of these systems will bring tremendous growth potential in product offering.
