Pros
This team makes work fun. While we have the ability to work from home, I rarely take it because I genuinely like everyone I work with and wouldn't want to miss out on team time. Especially Fridays, breakfast in the am and beer around 3pm is a great way to end the week.
The co-founders allow all of us the autonomy to take real ownership of our work. It's nice to never be told "you can't do that" and instead of being asked, "how do you plan on doing that". I've learned more in the short time I have been here than my other marketing positions combined. Learning by doing has been incredibly beneficial to my growth as a marketer.
This whole group of people is super driven, dedicated, and passionate. No one is a negative nancy and thus far, everyone has been very helpful and supportive.
Cons
Nothing really? Sometimes the office is cold. Workload can be unpredictable (light some weeks, heavy other weeks).
Worth mentioning - There is heavy accountability for each role. You will be held to a high standard. This isn't a con for me, but for anyone used to bigger companies where you're a seat-warmer, be aware this is not that environment.
