      Pros

      Good benefits. 12 days sick, 12 days vacation and 5 personal days each year. Affordable health insurance. Good working hours.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment. Terrible and unprofessional management. Professional growth is discouraged. Can't get any work done due to bureaucratic red tape. Hostile "organizational culture".
