Good Contracts for those with the right talents, like any other contract company, but these people have good contacts that find good jobs. My fit was perfect and the manager and recruiter who represented me did a great job, with no crap - like Joe Fridday - Just the facts. I was brought in to a job before it was even advertised, so I had a jump on the competition which was a great advantage for a difficult position

Contract work always has the downside of time scale that can bite you, but that the the contract not the employer

O A O T Allowed me to advance my career by using it as a stepping stone to get a higher paying job some where else.

O A O T Management always struggled and did not seem to care about their US employees. It did not ever seem like they looked out for the best interest of their employees. They strive to be the outsources outsourcer but are nothing more then another contract house. I worked for other normal contract houses that treated me better then O A O T. When they hired folks it sounded like a good place to work with a drive for good processes and documentation. None of this ever came to be.
