Pros
The management was awesome, and the company is very open to new ideas and research. They make sure to hire people based on specialties, so the collaboration between team members is often fantastic.
Cons
There's some fluctuation between external consultants, they're hired and fired quickly sometimes. That can make it more difficult to carry out projects which rely on some of those team members. But this is the price you pay to have a dynamic environment which promotes growth.
