Not Bad - Anonymous employee O-Zone Networks Employee Review

People work to feed their families very disappointed and unhappy by the conduct of the top managements.

Top management doesn't trust his people. There are no professionalism and full of politics. They don't clear f&f and harass ex employees for their final payoffs and PF clearances. They treat people like slave and whenever you will chase for salaries they will give you long lactures and start playing blame games. All the top management believes in Karma but seems it doesn't apply to them. They hurt people, harass them , insult them, fire them without paying full salaries...does it a good karma? Management fires the people without strong reason and proper protocol. They do not meet company compliance. They can pay for legal procedures but always show bankrupt to clear f&f. Intentially harassing people as they are truly sadist type.

* Sorry, No Pros when the C-level executives of the company, so called senior leadership team is busy treating the company as a Kitty-Party, clubhouse and employees as beggars

* No respect for employees at all ** No personal or professional growth - promotions in the company are illusion *** Salaries are never transferred on time - you have to beg the CFO of the company every month to credit what is your hard earned money **** Too much of spirituality non-sense in the name of HR ***** Employees are treated very badly - even if you leave the organization, forget that your exit formalities will be completed ever including FnF ****** CEO and the founder has lost a massive opportunity in the name of cops, fir and spirituality
