To touch on your points, we are huge supporters of growth and learning for our team. Alongside our own internal training programme, everyone at O has their own CPD Learning plan, which is reviewed monthly at 121s with support in place from line managers and mentors to help everyone achieve their personal goals.
We have a range of internal training programmes running all year and also offer a generous training budget, to provide access to external training courses such as the CIM to further their learning.
Many of our team have been with us for c.10 years and their journeys have included numerous promotions and role flexibility as they have entered different stages of their lives and careers.
Our salaries are continuously benchmarked against industry reports, and they sit alongside a range of bonus schemes and benefits.
