Pros

I quite enjoyed my time at O'Brien. All colleagues on the call centre floor were always so lovely - including the management. The pay was pretty good and I liked that there were monthly bonuses on top if we hit our targets.

Cons

Management could be a little stressful at times, but it is their job to ensure their teams are reaching their targets.

Needs pay plan update. Needs better management. Favoritism can be bad. Low turnover, hard to move up.
