To be able to work for the vehicle brand that I represented was very rewarding. It also provided great opportunity for overall career advancement Day-to day employees and lower mgmt were passionate about their craft and overall easy to work with. Good camaraderie as far as dealerships go The auto group owned 3 dealerships on one block so it was nice having access to all 3 catalogues for used cars etc Location was right next to Trailblazers arena which lent to fun brand cooperation and partnership events
Cons
Owning auto group used unethical business practices - sued by several former employees Horrible work/life balance Very poor employee parking situation Horrific lack of lot(s) organization and not enough lot attendants Constantly changing compensation plan
