The pay was attractive, the property was stunning, and the owners were the kindest I’ve ever encountered in my career.

I had a very disappointing experience as an employee at this company. Despite the initial excitement I felt about joining, I encountered significant harassment from coworkers and retaliation for speaking up about it. I reached out to upper management multiple times, but there was no follow-up or support. I was not given transparent information about the work environment, and despite my requests for a different position—one that offered less pay—I felt trapped and unsafe at my assigned site. After I left, I learned they split my role into two positions and posted my job before I officially resigned, even though I had been vocal about my struggles and need for help. The pay was great, but it simply wasn't worth the toll it took on my mental health. The constant belittling and harassment created a toxic atmosphere that overshadowed any positive aspects. I truly admired my mentors who had worked for the company for years, which made my experience even more disappointing. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this workplace if you value your well-being and mental health.
