Pros

The people are great to work with overall in terms of people on your level. The people are real good at what they do and competent. They will help you out as well. I've loved everyone I've worked with on my level.

Cons

The upper management have serious issues with compassion as well as patience. They always assume the worst and will get irritated over the smallest things. It is a high intensity environment not because of the workload but because of the pickiness of the upper management. No compassion. No understanding. Stay away.
