Pros

The staff were great & great fun to be around.

Cons

Promised a support person. Did not eventuate in 2 1/2 years. No help when it was asked for. Management just stopped taking calls.

Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

Individual work requires being open minded and doing own research or experimentation

Good pay & bonus structure Most employees are great to work with Great benefits & 401k match

Cons

Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
