      Great safety culture, the leadership at corporate & sites is very competent, above average compensation & excellent benefits, and fulfilling work. Overall, Nutrien is a great company to work for.

      Collaborative but individual work too. A lot of traveling to different sites

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
