      Pros

      Stability during economic fluctuation, upper management encourages feedback from employees, excellent 401K match, great people to work with, office casual attire, lot more flexible with employees' needs than most companies and the feel of a family environment.

      Cons

      The salary structure needs to be reviewed and improved (pay is not consistent across job titles), long hours during busy season, lack of job ownership with some employees

      Rapidly spreading toxicity in work environment Lack of strong leadership and vision for the company In-office work, 5-days per week The CHRO - Killing company culture one firing, and one nepotism hire at a time The "Culture of Care" does not exist anymore
