Great company culture and positive individuals willing to help others
Cons
The company is going through changes due to the recent merger, leading to larger workloads, little direction and tighter deadlines. Doing your job is no longer good enough.

Thank you for your review. We’re happy to hear about your experience with Nutrien’s corporate culture and the positive attitude of our employees! We recognize that mergers of this scale are complex and can be difficult to adjust to; however, we feel strongly that clarity will increase and direction will become stronger with time. As you’ve highlighted, training and mentorship are important. In the near future, more information on various training and development programs will be shared with the organization as we grow and evolve.
