My worst employer so far - Senior Manager Nutricia Employee Review

I would describe the company with one world: chaos! There is an incredible lack of process and accountability at all level of the organization. If you love ambiguity this is the place to be. It takes time to get used to the (unstructured) way of working and if you don’t catch up quickly you will pay the price. Senior management not very inspirational ( with few exceptions). The company is constantly under reorganization (I have been working there for 1,5 years and they made 2 reorganizations) with negative impact both internally and externally. Company’s values are just nice worlds but they don’t care at all about the employees. This is not a data-driven company and there is a general lack of basic analytical skills. I left my former company to join Nutricia and I do regret it! Company cars are very low level.
