Nutrabolt cares as much about its people and its company culture as it does about company performance. For a company to be both results driven and to truly care about and invest in the well-being of its people is unfortunately fairly uncommon, even though it shouldn't be. I agreed to join Nutrabolt because it is different from all of the other companies I had worked with in the food and dietary supplements industry. The CEO had and continues to have a vision for the company that he achieves through a relentlessly positive outlook and eternal optimism. Those characteristics attract like minded people and have helped to shape our company culture. Nutrabolt is constantly striving to improve in every area, especially in its goal of creating a supportive, inclusive and respectful culture, where its people are its greatest asset. From the early days of modest success, the company ethos has been to "Grow and Give Back", which has led to a number of philanthropic efforts and annual companywide charitable initiatives. Nutrabolt holds the lead positions in two critical categories in Sports Nutrition and continues to grow its market share. With the launch of our beverage line, we have seen remarkable success in a relatively short term, which speaks to the company's ability to adapt and continue to grow into different markets. From an employee perspective, it is comforting and rewarding to know that your company is moving in a positive direction and that you are playing a role in its success.
Cons
This is a very fast paced environment, which isn't suitable for everyone. Regardless of role or title, employees at every level are often needed to take on responsibilities that are outside of their job description.
